PFM Pictures was originally formed in 1973 by Harry Turner who wished to convey the family trait of capturing marine activities.

PFM was shelved for almost three decades due to a change of direction and the formation of Monopress Ltd. News and sports were a mainstay for this business which developed with the Outram Group of Newspapers in Glasgow, winning several national awards for it's images over twenty years.

Now as the market for images has become digital, PFM has reformed and moved into this arena. With the aid of a new generation of photographers and digital equipment PFM is able to meet clients requirements for quality images on a format that is more realistic in a digital world.
